KINGA THE BARBER is growing, and I’m looking for a licensed barber to join my team.

Located in the heart of Downtown Evergreen, just steps from beautiful Evergreen Lake, our shop has proudly continued a barbering tradition at this location since 1955. Today, it has become one of Evergreen’s busiest barbershops, serving loyal local clients while welcoming new residents and visitors every week.

Compensation & Benefits

I offer a competitive W-2 compensation package designed to reward motivated barbers and support long-term success.

Benefits include:

•  Base pay plus commission

•  Guaranteed hourly minimum wage or commission — whichever is higher

•  Commission on retail sales

•  Keep 100% of your tips

Who I’m Looking For

Whether you’re an experienced barber or just beginning your career, I’d love to hear from you.

The most important qualities are:

•  Colorado Barber or Colorado Cosmetology License

•  Reliability and professionalism

•  Positive attitude

•  Strong work ethic

•  Attention to detail

•  Excellent customer service

•  Desire to continue learning and improving

• Experience is appreciated, but not required. I'm happy to train and mentor the right person who is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
